Your challenges

• Intensive cooperation and constant communication with our foreign companies (primarily India, Poland, Romania, Turkey and Brazil) to ensure efficient process organisation
• Coordination and support in the planning and implementation of international projects
• Interface between the management in Germany and the international sales teams
• Support in solving operational challenges and providing resources
• Organisation of regular meetings and reports for progress monitoring and strategic planning
• Identification and realisation of optimisation potential in the work processes

Your key skills

• Willingness to travel
• Strong intercultural skills and experience in working with international teams
• Very good skills in German and English
• Experienced in the coordination and management of international sites
• Strong organisational skills and experience in project management
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
