Ease of printing - great appearance at the 1st Internatioanl Lightweight Furniture Design Symposium, from 10th to 11th June 2010, 2010 in Lemgo
As a member of the ‚Interessengemeinschaft Leichtbau e.V.’ (Lightweight Design Syndicate) we have profited by the window of opportunity on the occasion of the 1st International Lightweight Furniture Design Symposium at the Lemgo Technical University OWL to highlight the value-added chain of the furniture industry from our perspective.
The opening session by Northrhine Westphalia’s Minister of Economic Affairs, Christa Thoben, who pointed out the global challenges of climate change and the protection of resources involved showed the great importance of interdisciplinary trade-off.
With Plantagchemie’s input „Printing on Lightweight Design” we succeeded in establishing interdisciplinary contacts with board and furniture manufacturers.
